Meals of Hope is a non profit organization,
with the goal to package and distribute fortified meals to those in need.  

Meals of Hope organizes and runs food packaging programs throughout the area.  Our first packaging event was in August 2007.  Since then we have packed and distributed more than 10,000,000 meals. 

We pack two different meals.  The first is a fortified Beans and Rice Casserole, made with added soy protein, vegetables, and 21 different vitamins and minerals.  The second meal we package, is a fortified Macaroni and Cheese meal.  Again it is fortified with soy protein and 21 vitamins and minerals. 

Although we have sent literally millions of meals overseas, our goal is to keep the food local, and feed people within our own community who are in need of assistance.
